Seems like my whole life I've spent creating something! Both my parents were artistic and I grew up learning about art in one form or another. For most of my life, I spent my time sewing; clothes, quilts, and home décor items. Then I discovered rubber stamping and paper crafting and a new passion was born.
Learning new techniques to apply to my paper crafting and quilt-making projects is an obsession, and the bonus is when I get to share what I have learned. I work with all types mediums to create my artwork. I have been rubberstamping for about six or seven years, and in the past year have begun to include more mixed media into my art.
I live and play in the southwest mountains of Montana. When I’m not in my studio, you will find me either taking photos of my 13 grandchildren or taking hikes in the backwoods for photo opportunities. When the weather is cold, I quilt and rubberstamp. It’s a bonus when I can combine all of these elements into one artistic piece!
