Directions:

1. I started by making the background.. using the technique of the month polished stone.  I tried to create a resist by stamping the heart border first and embossing with clear powder.. but it did not work.. But I liked the look so used it anyway.
2. The next step was to stamp and color the image.
3. Then I layered everything together following the sketch.

This was a fun sketch to do.. fast and easy .. I hope you will give this one a try .
