Augustly Autumn

Colors of August

August, the "Dog Days" of summer. A time when the hot, dry weather begins to change the leaves on the trees. The grasses, from the heat and lack of rain, begin to turn multi hues of golds and browns as it dries. The fall flowers are beginning to set their buds to bring forth all their autumn glory in the next few weeks. It's a time to laze in the sun, enjoy the rest of the warm summer breezes and watch the glorious sunsets full of oranges, reds, golds and yellows. The end of the perfect day.

Our Artistic Guides interpreted this month's theme with glorious golds, yellows, browns and oranges, swans and hot chicks and a few little birds gathering around the bird feeder.  We also have an awesome Trail Map this month with awe inspiring samples to lead you down your creative path.

Enjoy the rest of your summer!

  1. Hi Michelle; thanks for your interest. To be added to the email list all you need to do is "subscribe". To do that; on the home page when you come to the site, under the top headings, and just to the right of the "featured" articles is a statement that says "Subscribe Me Now!!". Click on that and it will direct you how to enter your email so you will be notified when any further articles are published. We appreciate your interest in our on-line magazine.
