Directions:

  1. Create card from white cardstock.
  2. Emboss card front with embossing plate and BigShot.
  3. Cut yellow designer paper at 3.25" x 4.25" and blue designer paper at 2.5"x 4.25"; set aside for now.
  4. Cut three strips of white cardstock at 1.5"x 4.25" and border punch. Ink the edges of punched border with Bordering Blue ink.   Once these are done, adhere with tape to the backside of designer papers as shown in the picture.
  5. Punch six red hearts using the 3/4" punch.  Apply a small line of tape to the backside of the very top scalloped border on the yellow designer paper and adhere the hearts; as seen in the picture.
  6. Generate the 'I heart U' sentiment on the PC.  Cut letters into strips and adhere to the underside of the blue designer paper.
  7. Tape the blue paper onto the yellow designer paper.
  8. Adhere designer papers to the front of the white card.
  9. Punch three .75" yellow hearts and three .75" blue hearts and one 1.25" white circle punch.  Arrange hearts onto circle, alternating colors.
  10. Punch one .75" white heart and tape to the center of the heart 'flower.'  Punch a hole in the center with the brad hole punch and insert the brad, but do not secure brad yet.
  11. Cut a strip of yarn long enough to 'dangle' the heart; as seen above.  Punch one 1.25" heart in red.  Wrap yarn around the prongs of the brad and secure the brad.  Place a foam square on the back of the flower and stick into place on the card.  Hot glue the red heart to the yarn and then secure to the card.
  12. Stamp "always" at the bottom of the card.
