Loss at Stamper’s Quest

With a heavy and very sad heart, we report that one of our own made her journey to heaven.  Chris Herrmann passed away a few weeks ago after a very serious illness. She was on a leave of absence from her duties as an Artistic Guide for Stamper's Quest since the beginning of the year.

Chris joined the Stamper's Quest design team back in January of 2009. During her almost three years with us, she inspired us with her humor, artwork and techniques helping to teach us to take our artwork to a whole new level.

Her favorite movie of all time was the Wizard of Oz.  I can picture her now in "Oz Heaven" (with the Tin Man, Lion, Scarecrow, Dorothy and Toto by her side) teaching everyone how to create using lots of color and their own imagination.

Chris was a big part of the SQ family, first appearing as a Guest Artist and then joining our team as an Artistic Guide. She was with us almost since the inception of SQ and we grieve along with her family for our loss.  We miss her humor and talent, and just her being with us so much. She taught us so much.

You can check out her past projects for Stamper's Quest by typing "Chris Herrmann" in the search box. A list of all her projects will appear for your viewing.

Chris, we miss you and hope that you are "Somewhere Over the Rainbow" free from pain, at peace and creating, laughing and enjoying all that Heaven is.
