September 2011 Trail Map
This month's sketch was very interesting, open to interpretation, challenging, and fun! You're sure to enjoy each of our artistic guide's take on this one. Above is the original sketch done exclusively for Stamper's Quest by Regena. Below are all the different sketches done by each of our Artistic Guides, starting with our map master, Grandpa Ken.
Ken used a stamp from Prickly Pear. I asked him if he actually quilted, and he said "no, but I've heard of it!" Stop by tomorrow to see Ken's tutorial explaining how he made this card.
Cathy used stamps from Rubbernecker and Invoke Arts.
Lisa's stamps are by The Stamping Boutique.
Marie used a number of stamps on her card. They are all by Stampscapes. Her tutorial will be published in the next few days.
Nancy used a stamp from Gina K Designs Vintage Chic series.
Marion's stamps are from Flourishes.
All of Nola's stamps on both cards are from Stampin' Up! After she made the first card showing the blocks in a square format, but with smaller shapes inside the squares, she decided to do a second card, using a circle punch.
The stamps on Peggie's card are by Nina B Designs.
Pat calls her card "Fragrance" and the stamps are from Fred She Said.
Linda used stamps from All Night Media and Gina K Designs.
Well, that's all of them. I hope you'll come back and check out the tutorials for the next couple of days. It's interesting that both of the designers who did tutorials ended up with similar sketches, but used different ways of getting there.
Until next time, Happy Stamping!
