Reverse stamps Day 2

Alllll-righty Folks...

You all, saw the video I posted yesterday, right? I am sure you all are hooked the same way I was. Let's see what other stamps and ideas there are, eh?

This stamp is Silhouette Bells- CG 165, from Hero Arts. I just love Lilies of the Valley and this stamp reminded me of them.

My first attempt using this stamp I almost threw away. I saved and mounted it  - WOW everyone loved this one the best!  This card has a dew filled spring morning feel about it. I don't think I could replicate this if I tried.

I stamped the image with an embossing ink. I use a versamark pad and I embossed with white powder. Using Jennifer's technique I sponged on a variety of inks.  Because the embossing did not take completely in some areas this is what creates that misty morning feeling.

The next two cards I stamped and embossed with clear powder and used watercolors to paint my image.

  1. You know I can never get my white powder to melt nicely - I have given up and just use clear and black now. But maybe I should give it a second chance for those more experimental moments - Yours does look gorgeous.
