Directions:

1. Cut a piece of cardstock 3.25" x 10.25" and score at 5" and 5.25".Fold on score marks.
2. Cut two rectangle piece measuring 1.5"x2.25" out of patterned paper and one piece out of solid paper.
3. Stamp "date" on the lighter piece of cardstock and using a 1.25" punch, punch out stamped image.
4. Punch a 1.5" circle out of the darker cardstock.
5. Stamp "Take Note" toward the bottom of the notepad cover.
6. Layer your rectangle pieces on the front and tuck the back of the 1.5" circle under the last of the rectangle pieces.
