Special Folds – Spring Card

Finished card size: 5.25" x 5.25"

Supplies:
Stamps:
I Brake For Stamps
Paper:
Bo-Bunny
1 - 5.25" x 10.5" cardstock
1 - 5" x 2.375" design paper for the 'base' of the card
2 - 2" x 2" square, designer paper, cut at a diagonal making 4 triangles
1 - 3.25" x 3.25" designer paper for front panel (diamond shape)
1 - 3 .625" x 3.625" designer paper for front panel scallop circle (to be stamped)
Ink:
Palette Moulin Rouge (Stewart Superior)
Other:
Scor-pal or scoring tool
Spellbinders Classic Scallop Circle, 3.5"
Adhesive
Adhesive Dots
Template, for folding the card, in the first photo

Directions:

  1. Following the template below, score on the dotted lines and cut off the corners on the solid lines.

  2. Fold the score lines, making valley and mountain folds where indicated. You will notice the card wants to fall backward. Don't worry. Ü

  3. Begin adhering the designer paper pieces to the card.

  4. When finished, place two adhesive dots, or strong adhesive, on the large, plain triangle. Press onto to the 'base' of the card, the 5.25" x 2.625" panel. This will keep the card from falling backward.
