 Directions:

1. Cut a 8.5" x 4.25" piece of white card stock and fold in half creating a card that is 4.25" x 4.25". 
2. Emboss the snow flakes on the front of the card only using a die cutting machine of your choice.
3. Die cut the scalloped square with the red paper and adhere to the front of the card and cut out a square window on the front.  
4. Stamp the owl inside the window and color in with the colored pencils.
5. Stamp the owl again with the Rhubarb Stalk ink and cut out the hat and paper piece.
6. Stamp the saying inside the card.
7. Tie the ribbon around the opening of the window and embellish the owl's hat with the liquid pearls and let dry.
