Another week gone by. Well what did you think of this series? Fun, huh? Have I got your creative juices flowing? I hope so. You have all weekend to stamp and create. Enjoy day five! I have saved the best for last, I think.

Supplies:
Stamps:
Season of Joy  (Stampin' Up!)
Papers:
Cream card stock
Red card stock (Die Cuts with a View)
Inks:
Memento: (Tsukineko)
     Lady Bug
     Rhubarb Stalk
     Bamboo Leaves
     New Sprout  
Other:
Glue stick
Circle Nestabilities 4 inches (Spellbinders)
Stickles Crystal (Ranger)
Foam tape (unknown)
18 kt. Gold Leafing Pen  (Krylon)

Directions:

  1. Take a standard 4.25" x 5.5" cream cardstock and cut out a circle leaving a small edge over the fold with the die cutting machine of your choice. This will create your folded circle card.IMG_1996
  2. Cut out a red circle and glue to front of circle card.
  3. Stamp the base card with flowers in Rhubard Stalk ink.
  4. With the scraps left from cutting out your circle card, cut out stripe for the center of the Christmas ball.
  5. Stamp flowers randomly with New Sprout, Bamboo Leaves, Lady Bug and Rhubarb Stalk inks.
  6. Adhere to the front of the card.
  7. Stamp two flowers with the Bamboo Leaves ink and one with the Rhubarb Stalk ink and cut out.
  8. Attach to front of the card with foam tape.
  9. Embellish card with Crystal Stickles.
  10. Draw a topper free hand on scrap paper and cut out.
  11. Color with the gold Krylon pen and attach to the top of your card.
  12. Stamp your saying inside of your card.

  2. I for onw have loved this series.. Maybe because I have this stamp set and love it as well. I have made cards the past two years with it to mix it up and make it look fresh each year has been my goal.. love it you are a great help I think day 4 is my favorite! thanks again and Merry Christmas.
