Papers:
Matte white card stock
Decorative paper (Stampin' Up!)
Inks:
Memento ink pads: (Tsukineko)
Cottage Ivy
Lady bug
Dandelion
Pear Tart
Other:
Glue stick
Corner rounder punch (unknown)
Oval and scallop oval Nestabilities (Spellbinders)
Stickles Crystal (Ranger)
Foam tape (unknown)
Colored Pencils (Prismacolor)
Circle Nestabilities (Spellbinders)
Scallop Border Punch (Stampin' Up!)
Directions:

Cut out the circle using the die cutting machine of your choice.

Round the lower corner of the base card with the corner rounder.

Stamp snowflakes with Lady Bug ink randomly over the upper three quarters of the card.

Stamp three trees with the Cottage Ivy ink and cut out.

Embellish with the Crystal Stickles. Let dry.

Make sure you leave one tree with the star at the top.

Punch scallop border with the reverse side of the plaid paper.
-
Stamp saying inside of your card so the words peek through the window.

Embellish the saying with your colored pencils.
-
Layer the scallop border onto your card and adhere the trees with foam tape.
