Matte white card stock
Decorative paper (Basic Grey)
Multi-color paint chip (Lowes)
Inks:
"Frayed Burlap" Distress ink pad (Ranger)
Other:
Glue stick
Snow flake border punch (Fiskers)
Glue Pen (Sakura)
Crysat ultrafine glitter (Art Institute)
Corner rounder punch (unknown)
Circle Nestabilities (Spellbinders)
Blue Pearl gems (unknown)
Foam tape (unknown)
Directions:

Using a die cutting machine of your choice cut out 3 circles on your paint chip.

Punch snow flake border.

Round the top corners of your paint chip.

Layer paint chip on white card stock with foam tape and stamp snow flakes with the frayed burlap ink.

Using glue pen, outline the snowflakes and add glitter.

Round the top corners of your decorative paper.

Assemble card and add pearl gems.
