This is a quick simple card for mass production at Christmas.  No tricky or messy techniques in this one.  Make the chalk colours as subtle or intense as you like.

Directions:

  1. Score and fold green card in half.
  2. Stamp the sentiment on to cream card and trim closely.  Attach to black paper and trim leaving 1/16 inch border.
  3. Stamp Santa onto the cream card - place the sentiment as shown and use removable glue to attach.
  4. Trim to leave a 3/8inch border of  green on each side.
  5. Colour your Santa image with chalks - I used a very light hand of yellow for his skin.
  6. Apply brown chalk arround the outside edge of the cream card.
  7. Attach all layers.  Use foam tape to attach the sentiment.
