Marcia's Fat Book Page

When I first read the theme for our fat book pages I remembered my love for nature. Although I have a lot of favorite things, everything related to it really activates my senses.  I love nice smells, nice sounds, nice tastes…like: birds singing; the colors and scent of flowers; the flight of a butterfly; the smell of the ocean.

Since I live in a tropical country, and very near to the beach and  a huge park, these simple things are part of my day-to-day life.  So, I decided to make a very 'green' page.

White cardstock

Black Archival ink pad (Ranger)
Distress inks (Ranger)

Directions:

I used regular white cardstock and painted the background with Distress inks and water. Then, I stamped the images with Archival black ink . My page is folded on the back, creating the pockets for my tags.  I intend to write on the back of these tags, too. 

The stamps I used are from a Belgium company called Artemio except the butterfly and flower on the tag which are TAC.   I hope you enjoyed my favorite things fat book page!
