Thank You Card Set for the Adventurer

Thank You card set

Thank You card set

By: Stephanie Loomis, Artistic Guide

Finished card size: 5.5” x 4”

When making multiples of the same card, it’s easier to set up an assembly line and do each step on each card at the same time. Pull together all the supplies and do all the cutting and stamping together. Then simply assemble and go!

Supplies:
Stamps:
Box Words: “Thank You So Much” (The Angel Company)
Goodness of God: “Autumn” (The Angel Company)
Paper:
6 pieces white cardstock: 5.5” x 4” (Georgia Pacific)
6 pieces cream paper: 3” x 2.5” (unknown—I pull from my scrap box for small pieces like this.)
6 pieces Solid cardstock: 3.25” x 2.75” (Marco’s Papers)
6 pieces Patterned cardstock A: 6” x 2.25” (BoBunny)
6 pieces Patterned cardstock B: 6” x 2.25” (BoBunny)
6 pieces Patterned cardstock C: 6” x .5” (BoBunny)
(All patterns should coordinate—using papers from a collection makes this easy.)
Ink:
Palette ink pads: (Stewart Superior)
     Burnt Umber
     Orangerie
     Boudoir Blush
Other:
Adhesive of choice
Fiber (unknown)
6 A2 envelopes (California Paper)

  1. What is not to love here. Beautiful job, lovely cards and with the reminder of how to do several cards at once. Organization information, and inspiration.
I love cards, so I think every one should I have given them as gifts. Then take the gift over the top. I have decorated the envelope with a bit of stamping and or ink or chalk and put postage on the envelopes, the "forever" stamps are perfect for this. How nice a gift is that? Then with Stephanies suggestion "sign your work". Oh you are so good. Thanks.

  2. Tweak and share away!!! I think we're all feeling the need to be extra creative in our gift giving this year--which I think is a good thing! Gifts from the heart and hand always trump those from a store!

  3. Great card set Steph!! I agree it is way easier to do the assembly line when mass producing cards or other items.

I think I have this set, new and unused! LOL Might have to dig it out.

  4. Love this, Stephanie! I've been looking for something like this to do for Christmas presents, and I think this is it.
I may tweek it a bit, if you don't mind, to make the cards all occassion. (SP?)
This year I'm having to get creative for Christmas gifts!
    Thanks,
    Kathleen
