		<description>going back to read ones gratitude journal is often an interesting thing to do you see sometimes that the simplest tiny thing makes you thankful and it is an instant mood changer if you are in a funk :)  Your journal is very pretty and just looking at it would change a mood not to mention what is inside!</description>

		<description>Love the idea of a gratitude journal firstly and have been noting grateful bits for years. However I made mine out of a composition book.  This is a totally Fab-bo idea to make one the size to be more portable, the dangles off of it - Oh way cool..   I appreciate the reminder you have about signing your art work. It says so much, even when we do things that we think are not our best.  Sign and even date to watch how your work has evolved.  To you it may be a blah peice; but to some one some where,  it may be the work of art that encourages them to press on.   Thanks Stephanie hugs to you and yours.</description>
