Paris Plate #6 - the small ornate image (Sweet Pea Stamps)
Papers:
White Cardstock (Unknown)
Inks:
Black Staz-On Ink Pad (Tsukineko)
Other:
Polymer Clay (Sculpey)
Liquid Sculpey (Sculpey)
Glaze Paint: Aquamarine (Golden)
PearlEx: Pearlwhite (Jaquard)
Brayer (Unknown)
Knife
Oven
Metal Baking Sheet
Directions:
- Work the clay with your hands, rolling and squeezing until pliable.
- Roll out with the brayer.
- Stamp the image onto the clay and trim out neatly.
- Poke a hole in the center, top area for the pendant.
- Paint over the image in random areas with a mixture of the PearlEx and the Liquid Sculpey.
- Bake per manufacturers instructions and allow to cool.
- With your finger smear some of the Liquid Sculpey and PearlEx mixture and the aquamarine glaze across the front of the pendant catching the raised areas.
- Allow to dry.
- String a silk ribbon through the hole, knot above the pendant and tie off the ends.
