By: Janice Ellis, Artistic Guide

Finished Card size: 4.25" x 5.5"

Supplies:
Stamps:
Thinking of You (Rubber Stampede)
Paper:
Green and beige textured cardstock (DCWV Neutrals Stack)
Beige matte paper for words (Marco's paper)
Background camouflage paper (craft store purchase)
Inks:
None
Other:

Markers: (Marvy)
     Green
     Dark Brown
Sakura Crystal Lacquer
Army stickers (Sticko)
Regular scissors
Glue stick or double sided mounting tape

Directions:

  1. Remove stickers from adhesive sheet and apply to the camouflage background.
  2. Cut around them to show some of the camouflage border, squared off, and set aside.
  3. Use both Marvy Markers in patches on the word stamp to simulate a camouflage look.
  4. "Huff " * to reactivate the colour, and stamp onto a scrap of beige matte cardstock, then apply Crystal Lacquer over the words and allow to air-dry for about an hour. Cut out, as shown, and set aside.
  5. Attach the  slightly smaller green textured  cardstock onto beige textured card, and attach images and words in place, as shown.

* "Huffing" in the rubber stamp world means breathing warm air on an inked image before stamping onto paper.
