Rubbadubbado – May Featured Rubber Stamp Company

bea8a

Stamper's Quest is excited to feature a rubber stamping company outside of the United States. Our Artistic Guides were allowed to select images or be surprised with images from Rubbadubbadoo. Rubbadubbadoo is an New Zealand company featuring over 3,000 stamp images to choose from.  That's a lot of images - something for everyone!

Tania and Clinton live and operate their company in Tauranga, which is in the sunny Bay of Plenty on the East side of the North Island.  They live on a farm, although they don't farm the land - they just love the lifestyle! There are beautiful beaches, lakes, and native bush just minutes away, and snow a couple of hours away.  The Lord of the Rings movies show a true picture of the clean and beautiful countryside.

Clinton is the artist and Tania the accountant for Rubbadubbadoo, the ideal combination for any business, particularly one in the art world. The couple bought the business from friends in 2001 and haven't looked back.  Rubbadubbadoo is a mail order company specializing in rubber stamp manufacturing. Tania and Clinton travel throughout New Zealand promoting their business at local craft shows.

Rubbaddubbadoo is offering readers of Stamper's Quest a 15% discount during the month of May. Enter Stamper's Quest in the instruction area of your online order form to receive the discount.  And Tania would like the readers from the United States to know that the exchange rate of  the U.S. dollar is about 55-cents to the New Zealand dollar, which not only applies to products, but shipping as well.  That's an awesome rate for folks in the U.S. - more buying power! Check out all the wonderful images that Rubbadubbadoo has to offer.

Without further ado, let's get with the sharing of our Artistic Guides' awesome design work.

This is done on a 5" x 7" artist canvas. Braided twine glued around the outer edge
creates a border and hanger. Gold embroidery thread makes the fishing line.

Michael and Bea  received the same stamp (AAA82T - Trout Scene) and these samples illustrate just how many various ways a stamp can be used to create different looking cards and projects.
