Anniversary Card for the Discoverer
Happy Anniversary Card
By: Marcia Mattos, Artistic Guide
Finished card size: 5.5" x 5.5"
Vellum is a very elegant paper and sometimes we just forget to use it. It offers tons of possibilities. Here I stamped with versamark and embossed with white embossing powder.
Supplies:
Stamps:
Flower Stamp (Outlines Rubberstamps)
Happy Anniversary (Unknown)
Ink:
Versamark (Tsukineko)
Paper:
White Vellum
Turquoise (Gaia Papiers)
Other:
White Ultra Detail Embossing Powder (Stampendous)
Heating tool (Marvy)
Bling
Pop Dots (Ranger)
Glue Dots
Cuttlebug Swiss Dots Folder (Provo Craft)
Cuttlebug Machine (Provo Craft)
Directions:
- Run a 4.5 x 5.5 "piece of vellum through the Cuttlebug using the swiss dots folder. Tear the vellum at the long side. Save the remaining strip for the card corners.
- Stamp three flowers on vellum using the Versamark Stamp Pad. Apply the embossing powder and heat the image. Cut around the flowers.
- Stamp the sentiment on the upper left corner of the card using Versamark. Again apply the embossing powder and heat the image.
- Using glue dots, adhere the vellum to the lower portion of the card front. Add crystals to the places where you used the glue dots to cover them.
- Add a little piece of foam tape or pop dots to the center of 2 flowers. Adhere the first flower without dimension. Then add the two other ones. Adhere the crystals to their centers.
- Using the vellum leftovers create the corners adhering them to the back of the card..
