Real Red (Stampin' Up!)
Baja Blue (Stampin' Up!)

  1. Stamp images on white card with black ink and heat set.
  2. Stamp additional row boat on scrap paper.
  3. Watercolor images and cut row boat out.
  4. Stamp smoke puffs with blue ink and cut out.
  5. Sponge blue around the sky area.
  6. Pop up row boat over first image using rolled up glue dots.
  7. Emboss white cardstock with Cuttlebug Swirl folder.
  8. Sponge blue ink on the swirled embossed paper.
  9. Cut 3 strips of wave layers with scalloped decorative scissors.
  10. Attach layers over the base of the images with dimensionals.
  11. Cut oval frame with Nestabilities die.
  12. Place frame over image layer to measure how to place it.
  13. Cut image layer to fit under the frame and attach to blue card base.
  14. Attach mounting tape to frame and attach to the card front.
  15. Stamp sentiment, layer over red cardstock and attach to card front. 
  16. Tie bow and attach to tag top and card front with glue dots.
  17. Attach little smoke puffs with glue dots.
