VersaMark Watermark ink pad (Tsukineko)
Debbie Mumm Holiday Mat Stack (Die Cuts With a View)
Red cardstock (unknown)
White text-weight/copy paper (unknown)
Other Supplies:
Crafter's Pick Ultimate Glue
Lacy Scallop border punch (Martha Stewart)
Decorative Scissors (Fiskars)
White fine line embossing powder (Think Ink)
Baby Powder
Heat Embossing Tool (Uchida)


  1. Glue medium Green patterned paper to card base and trim excess.
  2. Dust upper portion of card with baby powder.  Ink stamp with VersaMark and stamp approximately as shown in picture. Apply White fine-line embossing powder and melt with the heat gun.
  3. Select a part of the Striped paper and trim to about the width shown.
  4. Glue the Striped paper to the White text-weight paper and trim with decorative scissors.
  5. Glue this layered piece to Red card stock and trim again, as shown in the picture.
  6. Punch a 10" strip of White text-weight with border scallop and cut in half.
  7. Carefully glue scallops to back on either side of layers.
  8. Glue into position on card.

Basic Stamper's Tip:

When making multiple layers to span the entire card front, as in this card, make them about 1 inch wider than needed when assembling. This way you will spend less time trying to get exact measurements and more time creating. Once the too wide "ribbon" is glued into place, turn the card over and use the card base as your cutting line.
