Meet Our New Artistic Guides
What awesome artwork we received from all the applicants for our Design Team call. You folks just blew us away. Stephanie and I had a heck of a time making our choices. Due to the illness of one of our Artistic Guides, instead of filling 5 spots, we actually had 6 to fill. Thank you to all who sent in applications; you are truly very talented artists.
We are excited about our new team members. They bring a wide range of artistic style with them that we think will appeal to all artists. Our new team members also bring an international flavor to Stamper's Quest as we now feature artists from four continents!
Their bios will appear on the Artistic Guides Page along with the original team members. (The red box on the left-hand sidebar will take you there.) In the coming weeks SQ will show off the artwork they submitted with their applications to help you get better acquainted.
Christine Candora-Hickey

Christine is the master of the quick, but impressive card. She blends geometric shapes with color in such a way the recipient may think she spent hours in the studio. Her enthusiasm for rubber stamping is contagious, but we’re certain you won’t mind being infected! See more of Christine's work at her Flickr website. The link is above her picture.
Fabrizio Martellucci

Our first reaction to Fabrizio’s artwork was one word: WOW! His style cannot be described in a few words, because he does a little bit of everything: cute, elegant, eclectic, and just plain fun. Every piece is wonderful, and we can’t wait to learn from him!
Fabrizio lives and works in London, and joins Michael Trent giving our readers a man’s perspective.
Kittie Caracciolo

Kittie brings an eye for color to the Stamper’s Quest team. Her style includes lot of layers and attention to the details that make cards extra special. Her creative scenes warm the heart and recall the wonders of childhood.
Márcia Campos de Mattos
http://marciamattos.blogspot.com/
Marcia hails from sunny Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Her creations are adorable, and her bright and cheery personality shines through each piece. Her bilingual blog, celebrating "Simple Moments," is a treat for the eyes.
Melanie Smith
http://www.smartie-artie.blogspot.com:80/
Melanie comes to SQ all the way from New Zealand. (Isn’t the Web a wonderful thing?) Her style features clean lines and a love for ATCs (artist trading cards.) Her miniatures are truly works of art. She loves to experiment with new techniques and faithfully shares her discoveries on her blog. We know that we can all learn a ton from this talented lady.
Shelly Newkirk
http://shellysblog-ne.blogspot.com/
Shelly is our woman of the Wild West. She makes her home on a ranch in Nebraska where she is inspired by the wide blue skies and the rolling prairies. Her appreciation for the strong women from the west is evident in her strong (and sometimes a little sassy) artwork.
Stamper's Quest is intended to provide you with the best projects and inspirations for your rubber stamping. The addition of these six very talented folks to our design team will allow us to feature many different artistic styles to lead you along your pursuit of an artistic grail.
