Flower (Innovative Stamp Creations)
Black Staz-On ink (Tsukineko)
Perfect Medium-black  (Ranger)
VersaMark (Tsukineko), Perfect Medium-Clear (Ranger),  or other clear embossing ink
Color Box pigment ink: Coral 5498 (Clear Snap)
Mica Pigment Powders: Deep Coral, Ginger Peach (LuminArte)
Pearl Ex Mica Pigment Powders:
Super Bronze #664 (Jacquard)
Chipboard flowers (Making Memories)
Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel:  Clear (Ranger)
Soft paintbrush (small)
Heat gun
Electric skillet or griddle
Heat resistant craft mat or parchment paper or foil (to protect griddle)

  1. Press coral ink pad onto chipboard flowers until satisfactory color is achieved. (DTP=direct to paper, or in this case, chipboard)
  2. Place chipboard on protective mat on griddle. Heat to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel (UTEE) on flowers. Because Color Box is pigment ink, no other embossing medium is needed.
  4. Allow layer to melt. Sprinkle more UTEE over the top. Repeat 3-5 times. Use heat gun to finish the edges once the UTEE begins to melt. Remove from heat.
  5. Let cool completely.
  6. Press embossing medium (VersaMark or other) over entire flower.
  7. Brush pigment powders over the top and place back on the griddle.
  8. Heat again to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  9. Sprinkle a layer of UTEE over the pigment powders and let melt. Remove from heat and let cool.
  10. Stamp flower randomly in black with Staz-on. Let set.
  11. Return to griddle and add another layer of clear UTEE. Let melt.
  12. Sprinkle bronze and coral mica pigment powder over melted UTEE.
  13. Repeat step 10 on another flower using Black Perfect Medium.
  14. Brush bronze and coral pigment mica over medium. Return to heat.
  15. Add a final layer of UTEE to all flowers. Let melt. Remove from heat. Cool completely.
